About This Project

We really enjoyed this project where we were approached to help with the interior architectural design of the downstairs at this gorgeous Grade II listed building. Our clients had already commissioned a company to build the Orangery but needed inspiration as to how it would integrate with the rest of the house and their style of living. After going through a design brief we felt the kitchen should be moved from its current location and that a wall should be removed and a large double opening cut into another wall to form an entrance to the kitchen/dining space. Our clients love to entertain and wanted an area that was practical, beautiful and with a funky twist. We created a kitchen in a mix of hi-gloss ivory lacquer and driftwood with a 60mm Clamshell Corian work surface and colour changing glass splashback. We also added this colour changing lighting effect to the roof lantern in the Orangery. The finished product is a stunningly beautiful,  funky & functional kitchen / entertaining area.
